Our coffee beans are sourced from 70% Brazilian and 30% Indian plantations. The raw beans are roasted in-house, locally, in our own coffee roaster, heated for 20 minutes up to 180 °C. This process gives our coffees their full-bodied aroma with a nutty, syrupy character.
